I was selected as the lead editor to launch the company’s first e-commerce and digital initiatives, a newly created role designed to drive growth opportunities for a traditional print publishing house. Partnering across both the editorial and publishing sides of the business, I spearheaded branded content, celebrity and influencer collaborations, and the development of Time Inc.’s first e-commerce platform. I led all aspects of messaging, imagery, branding, navigation, customer experience, content franchises, and editorial storytelling, while forging strategic partnerships with more than 100 retailers, including Net-a-Porter, Amazon, Nordstrom, Shopbop, Anthropologie, ASOS, Kate Spade, Madewell, Saks Fifth Avenue, Target, and Sephora. This work positioned InStyle at the forefront of digital transformation in publishing, creating new revenue streams and expanding the brand’s influence in commerce-driven media.
